Hi everyone, been a while since my last update. We have all been very busy as of late with different things. The past few gigs have been storming. Thanks to everyone who showed up in Scarborough at The Liquid Music Bar. It was a great night with some very supportive fans. It was my first gig back since breaking my wrist and coming out of plaster only a day before. The highlight of the evening was Gall's stool breaking under him during 'Welcome to Paradise'.........to many Ginsters pies we think. After we had finished laughing we got on with the show to great applause. Thanks to the owners and the sound guy for all their help.

Our return to 'The Venue' in Grimsby was a great night. Apologies for the sound problems to all those who attended and a good night all round.Thanks to Ricky who helped out on guitar at the very last minute (about 4 hourse before due on stage) as Lee fell ill and was unable to perform.
Finally, The July weekend gig at 'The Bootlegger' was always one we were looking forward too. Great weather and a full venue, inside and out. The sound was fantastic.......and extremely loud indeed. Our great friends Daz, Shaz and Baz came to visit again, thanks for a great night, and an even better meal in the local curry house.

Well, It's been a while since the site was updated due to a few techinal difficulties recently. Since the last update the band have been quite busy playing here, there and everywhere. The band would like to thank Nigel for all his help and the Mansfield show. Great night and great people. We got the night recorded and it sounds pretty awesome. A great gig at the Rock Cafe' also, no doubts there. Our good friend Andy 'Whistler' dressed for the occasion as a giant bunny to warm the crowd up (pictures to follow soon). A great 'home' gig in Cleethorpes kicked off the Easter proceedings for Basket case, great turn out and everyone was in good voice for the bank holiday weekend, many thanks to Karen and Paul and Dave 'DD3 Music' Dowie' for the sound.
BIG NEWS- Basket case have been booked for a show in Gianpula, Malta on June 28th for a tribute to Live 8, with a special guest appearance with none other than Sir Bob Geldof himself. The band will be flying out on the 27th with Coldplace, the UK's number 1 tribute to Coldplay.

Hi everyone. Recent proceedings from the band have included shows all over the country. Some new songs added to the set which have been going down fantastically. The band will be venturing to sunny Malta late May for a sellout show infront 1000 people. The band are really excited. Check out the gig page

Hello everyone again from Basket Case, last night saw a great gig in Newport, Shropshire for the Students union. The place was packed, the crowd were insane. We thought we could drink??......thanks to Techno and everyone else from the venue.

Basket Case made their first visit to Notts for Camra's 10th Beer and Cider Festival. A great gig and great support came from 'Junction'a young classic rock outfit from Nottingham. Many thanks to Nigel Heathcote, the PA company and all the others who helped us.

Basket Case performed to a 700 strong sell out crowd last night in Stourbridge and the Rock Cafe 2000. What an amazing night for the lads. The crowd were amazing. Thanks to the support band 'Amoeba' look out for them, and not forgetting 'The Bunnyman' for dancing to the YMCA to warm up the crowd. Be sure to return to the Rock Cafe very soon.

Basket Case have just returned from a trip up north to Scotland where they performed infront of a sell out crowd at 'DeVito's Nightclub, Arbroath. The crowd was as energentic as the band with not a single member of the audience stood still. The band performed a fantastic array of Green Day classics to a well recieved applause. Thank You to everyone who came, especially all those lovely girls who danced on stage with the band. Check the Gigs page for listings.
